i get a very bad thumping head ache after exercise the lead up to climax and just the normal exercise with sex the base of my skull thumps that hard that my brain feels like it wonts to jump out of my skull i lift my right arm up and i can feel the pressure go into the base of my skull its frightening and painful can you give me any insight to what it might be
